Pestolohi katkaravuilla

Vaikka perheemme rakastaa kalaruokia, en ymmärrä miksi kalaa tulee syötyä niin harvoin. En edes keksisi kahta tai kolmea kalaruokaa jokaiselle viikolle..! Mutta yksi vakiokalaruoka löytyy pääni sisällä olevasta menusta: pestouunilohi katkarapujen kanssa. Se on helppo, kätevä ja nopea. Rakastan pestoa, joten voisin läträtä sitä joka ruokaan. Katkaravut ovat toisille herkkua, toisille ne ovat inhottavaa kissanruokaa. Meidän perhe kuuluu ensimmäiseen ryhmään. Pestouunilohi maistuu mainiosti myös perheemme pienimmälle, katkarapuineen. Pestoa en ole koskaan loihtinut itse, joten tässäkin ruoassa se on kotoisin kaupanhyllyltä.

 

 

Pestolohi katkaravuilla

• lohifile
• pestoa
• katkarapuja
• 2 dl kuohukermaa
• (meri)suolaa
• kuivattua tilliä

 

Laita lohifile laakeaan uunivuokaan (nahkapuoli alaspäin). Levitä makusi mukainen pestokerros kalan pintaan. Heitä mukaan jäiset katkaravut. Ripottele kuivattua tilliä katkarapujen päälle. Lisää merisuolaa makusi mukaan. Lorauta purkillinen kuohukermaa kalan ympärille ja katkarapujen päälle. Kypsennä koko komeus 200-asteisessa uunissa puolisen tuntia. Kypsennysaika riippuu kalan paksuudesta. Tämän kalan kanssa tarjoilin perunaporkkanabataattimuusia.

Ystäväni kysyi minulta kauan aikaa sitten, että haluaisinko häneltä joutavaa Ivana Helsingin maatuska-kuvioista trikookangasta. Kiljahdin riemusta ja lupasin ilomielin ottaa kankaan vastaan. Rakastan maatuska-nukkeja! Vasta sen jälkeen kysyin kankaan väriä: kirkkaan punainen. Punainen ei ole koskaan ollut lempivärini kankaissa tai vaatteissa. Se on nounou-listalla heti pastellisävyjen jälkeen. Myöskään Inkan vaatteista ei taida paljoa punaista löytyä. Maatuska kuitenkin voitti punaisen ja trikookangas löysi tiensä meille.

 

Kangas oli jemmassa monta kuukautta, koska en osannut päättää mitä siitä tekisin. Eilen iski valtava ompelutarve. Kotoa löytyvää kangasvalikoimaa läpikäydessäni käteni alkoivat kuin huomaamatta hipelöidä kirkkaan punaista trikoota. Monet muut kankaat ja kuosit ovat alkaneet kyllästyttää, koska niin monesta kankaasta olen jo jotain ommellut. Värikkäät, kuviolliset kankaat ovat jotenkin niin voimakkaita, että kyllästyn niiden tuijotteluun helposti. Olenkin huomannut, että Inkan vaatetus on pikkuhiljaa mennyt neutraalimmaksi ja sievemmäksi tässä vuoden aikana.

 

Mutta se punainen maatuskakangas. Päädyin ompelemaan siitä hihattoman ja yksinkertaisen mekon sekä mitkäs muutkaan kuin Berliinin legginsit! Housujen lahkeet jäivät nyt ilman kivaa rypytystä ja vyötärönkin jätin ilman kuminauhaa. Mekon/tunikan hihansuut, helma ja pääntie on ommeltu saumurin reunaompeleella, joten ne ovat tarkoituksella kurvikkaan kiemurat. Samaan aikaan en näitä vaatteita tyttärelleni pukisi. Liikaa punaista. Alun puna-angstailun jälkeen olen kuitenkin todella tyytyväinen, ellen peräti ihastunut näihin vaatteisiin! Kiitos, J!
